Dear Leezee and family, Peace!

In the name of the community at St. Ignatius Church at St. Thomas Manor, I wanted to extend to you our sincere condolences at the death of Amb. Paul Nitze. We will have prayers and masses offered at church for the happy repose of his soul. We shall certainly miss our old neighbor! We remember how generous he was to us when our 100 year old tobacco barn was in need of repairs. And we will not forget his lifetime of service to our Country and his great love of the beauty that surrounds us here at Chapel Point!

May God bless and comfort you +

Please accept our sympathies from your friends at Shenandoah University. It was a pleasure to honor Ambassador Nitze at the Marsh Institute Public Service Awards Banquet in 1999. We enjoyed his visit very much.
