PAUL TROSTEL Obituary
Born in Randolph, Paul was a police officer in Pembroke for more than 30 years. ""Positive Paulie"" had a contagious laugh and loved to spend time with family and friends. He had a kind word for everyone he met and will always be remembered for being selfless and thoughtful.
Visitation will be from 5-9:00 PM on Friday, Jan. 5th at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St (Rt. 14), Pembroke. A funeral mass for Paul will be at St. Thecla Catholic Church, 145 Washington St., Pembroke, on Saturday, Jan. 6th at 11:00 AM, immediately followed by a reception at the Pembroke Country Club, 94 West Elm St., Pembroke. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul's name to The Alzheimer's Association (MA/NH Chapter), 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452, or Cranberry Hospice, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Plymouth, MA 02360. Dear Bob and the entire Trostel Family;
I only learned of Paul's death last night. Sorry we did make the services. From what I have read he was quite a man. Our condolences to Bob, Maureen & Judith. We'll keep you in our prayers. I am confident Uncle Peter delivered a fine sermon & helped put the family at ease and comforted with his Words.
