We met as "swing-shift" freshmen at UMass in the summer of 1966, and stayed in touch over the years and long distances. He was a real classy gentleman whom I deeply respected.

I worked on and off for Peter at Cohasset Liquors in the 1980's. He was kind and generous to his employees. He treated people well. We had many laughs at that store, and I enjoyed working there. Rest in Peace, Peter.

The Logans lived across the street from us in Milton. I have wonderful memories, and hopefully some pictures, of Peter as a child. I have (I hope) his highschool picture on which he wrote a lovely note to my mother. We were heartbroken when the family moved away to Cohasset. Peter was a loving, kind soul who is remembered kindly by all in my family. He was very proud of his nieces and nephews and I have saved an email he sent me a while ago to tell me who was doing what etc. I will go through scrapbooks to find pictures - there are many in my heart- and hopefully will be informed as to the futured plans for his service in the spring.

My Mum and Aunt Mary Lou baby sat for Peter when he was child in the Milton neighborhood, he grew up in. New him as a neighbor, saw him treating people, not just his own folks but all with kindness, generosity his whole life, working hard the whole time. That is a good life. RIP Peter

Peter was a tremendous help to me in putting together the Cohasset Road Race by the Sea in 1976 and 1977. He quickly offered his assistance and knowledge in measuring the course for certification. He was very generous in offering prizes for the runners. Peter was with Rotary, and he was there to help every year that I was the race director. He was a good friend.
