To Elaine and Peter's family - Peter's bright and sincere smile, positive attitude, jokes and contagious laugh made him someone so much fun to be around - at work and out on the golf course. If he was smiling, you were smiling, too. The Helix golf league wouldn't have been the same without him! He will always linger in our hearts as a kind and caring friend. My sincere condolences to you all and may your hearts be lightened soon with the many, many wonderful and cherished memories and times you shared. May you rest in peace, Peter...

Many great memories of Peter at CTI. Always smiling and telling jokes. Such a great, positive person. I'll miss the "Squidward!!" call outs at work. RIP my friend. Condolences to the family. He mentioned you all often.

When we were younger Peter and I were talking about whether or not Santa Claus was real. I still believed.
He told me no way was Santa real and then promptly proved it by taking me up to the attic on Fletcher Street and opening the old armoire that was at the top of the stairs. Tons of hockey pads, helmets and sticks tumbled out along with an easy bake oven and other toys. I was disappointed that the fairy tale was over, but very happy about the easy bake oven.
Many of you know Peter as the silly brother, the loyal friend, or the "Funcle"...
Did you also know he was a matchmaker?
Peter shared many gifts with us, but by far one of the best gifts for me was when he introduced me to my husband, Mike. Thanks for that Peter. We're both forever grateful. I miss you.

Dear Susan, Nancy, Stephen, Jane, Patrick and Family,
I was very sad to hear the news of Peter's passing from my family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. I was traveling recently, and had some time to reflect on the wonderful friendship I had with Peter (and your family) while growing up. In the 8th Grade, Peter and I would always ride our bikes to the library to do our homework, but always managed to read some hockey books and grab a couple of slices of pizza before riding home. Very early in our hockey playing days, Peter helped me solve the Hockey garter-belt mystery over the telephone. His hockey IQ was really high because (as he explained) his big-brother, Stephen, had previously taught him. Thinking back on this, Stephen taught us both a lot. During our high school years at Don Bosco, I loved our daily 5:30 A.M. hockey practice at BU. Peter and I were always the first ones on the ice, thanks to our Dad's who took turns driving us. Whenever I hear a Cat Steven's song, it's impossible not to think of Peter. My Son, E.J., really likes his songs too. I will always remember the happier times in our families - Rest In Peace my old Friend.

Uncle Pete, you were a blessing in our lives. Thank you for a lifetime of jokes and stories, and for teaching me and Dan a little bit about homeownership. Your bright smile will be missed dearly.
We're going to miss you!
