At DCASR-Boston 1988-1985, Peter applied his vast knowledge of logistics to run an efficient and effective department. He did this through leadership blended with his sparkling personality. As the Executive Officer to Colonel Maurice Turcotte, Commander (both Peter and my boss), I sought Peter's input many times for key decisions and enjoyed his humor, honesty and "Irish Charm" at command functions. The world is an emptier place without him.
