Jen, Maggie and all family,

I was so, so sad to hear that Robert was gone. It has been a number of years since I've seen him but have some really fond memories of what a kind and hysterically funny guy he was. Matt and I enjoyed his company so much. This was way too soon for him to be gone, and we'll be thinking of Robert and his generous spirit and of your families in this sad time.

Robbie was the brother I never had, and I will always cherish the memories I have of him growing up. He was a warm, loving person and there are no words to describe how much my sisters and I will miss him.

I was a friend of Rob's in college, and then worked with him for years at Columbia's Computer center. Rob was one of the friendliest, easiest going people you could ever hope to meet. I regret that I wasn't in closer touch with him the past several years, and will miss him. The world is much emptier place without him.

Even though I did not see him all that often, seeing Rob, when I did, was like seeing one of my best friends after a long period of time. He never had anything bad to say about anything or anyone, listened attentively to what was being said, and had an amazing sense of humor. He was a wonderful person and he is gone far, far too soon. My condolences to both the Lehman and O'Neil families. Robert will be sorely missed. God bless you all.

There are no appropriate words that can express how I feel. I remember the day Robbie was born and all the excitement in our family. From the earliest age, Robbie took over every family gathering - none of us could get enough of him. From the day he was born, he was the kindest, warmest, most wonderful child God ever put on earth - mostly due to his having been born to the most wonderful parents on the planet. My heart is broken for Bunnie & Eddie, for Robbie's true love Jen, and for Maggie, who has truly taken over Robbie's spot as the most wonderful, special child on earth; and to the entire O'Neil family who brought such love and joy to Robbie, Bunnie & Eddie.

Love, Maureen

Everyone is saddened to have lost Robert. Robert was practically like a brother to me and my family. I wish that we could have had more than seven years to know such a wonderful man, but I consider myself blessed that we had that time at all. Robert, a gentle and softspoken man, had no problem in quickly adjusting himself to our often times loud and gregarious family gatherings. Robert was one of the kindest men I have ever met and who would do anything for anyone, especially Jen and Maggie whom he loved very much. He will be greatly missed by everyone who was blessed to have met him. I, myself, miss him already. I know that he will help to give us strength to get through this very difficult time. All of my love to the Lehman and O'Neil Families.
