ROBERT H. WALL

1949 - 2019

WALL, Robert H. Bob passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019, in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born on July 25,1949, in Boston, Massachusetts, to the late Robert and June (Bugbee) Wall. He is survived by his brother, Kevin. Bob was the beloved husband of Eleanor (Smith) Wall. Loving father of Carrie (Michael Perez), Lauren (Nathan Gerencir), Kathleen (Jonathan Alvarez), and Roberta Wall.

Proud grandfather to Matthew, Josh, Claire, Charlie, Daniel, Jack, Maggie, Robby and Theo. Prior to his retirement, in 2006, he started his career in law enforcement in 1972, as a US Customs agent in NYC. He then transferred to ATF in NYC. This move took he and his family to many places, Boston, Milwaukee, Washington,DC, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia. He also worked for Interpol in Lyon, France from 1998 to 2000. He retired from ATF, but after 9-11, went back to work for another five years in Homeland Security for the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey. He enjoyed wood working, golf, and travel. He supervised, and helped build, a post and beam home in the Adirondacks, where he and his wife retired to in 2011. He also leaves behind, his feline buddy, Jack, and requests that any donations go to North Country Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 813 Malone, NY 12953, or the American Cancer Society. Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of Annunciation Church in Queensbury, NY on April 13 at 10am.
