DAWSON, Ronald F. "Duke" Age 92, passed away on August 12. Beloved husband for 66 years of Mary (Macdonald) Dawson, raised in South Boston, long-time resident of Quincy and of Middleborough and most recently Weymouth. Loving father of Regina Dawson of Quincy, Michael Dawson and his wife, Darlene of Salem, NH, Joanna Newton and her husband, David of Braintree, Dianna McDevitt and her husband, James of Hanson, Marie Elena Potter and her husband, John of Chesterfield, NH and Laura Dawson of Quincy. Adored grandpa of Sarah and Jack Newton, Molly, Isabella and Henry Potter and Daniel McDevitt. Lovingly remembered by sisters and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Ronald was predeceased by his parents, Ellen (Cleary) and Patrick Dawson; Patricia (Jack) Doane, Pauline (Whitey) LeBlanc, Irene (Richard) Ford, Helen (Edmund) Mazzola, Robert Dawson, Rosa (William) Dillon and William Dawson.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, at 10:30 AM, in St. Agatha Church, Milton. Visiting Hours on Sunday, 2 to 5 PM, in the Tirrell Room, 254 Quarry St., Quincy. Burial on Monday, 1:45 PM, in the MA National Cemetery, Bourne.
