Devoted father of John Lauria and his wife Joanne of Andover, Paul Lauria and his wife Patricia of Lynn, Eugene Lauria and his wife Kiriaki of Tuscon, Arizona. Loving grandfather of Janell, Nicole, Kristin, Matthew, Daniel and Michael. Brother of the late Joseph, Mary, Josephine, Larry (Biaggio), Tina and Frank. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Tuesday, November 24, at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. As an expression of sympathy, contributions may be sent in Salvatore's name to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Late US Army Veteran of the Korean War. MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO THE LAURIA FAMILY ON THE LOSS OF SALVATORE. I KNEW HIM AS SAMMY WHEN WE BOTH LIVED AT 8 GREENOUGH LANE IN THE NORTH END. WE GREW UP TOGETHER,PLAYED TOGETHER, AND THEN WENT OUR SEPARATE WAYS. THE MARIO'S LIVED ON THE SECOND FLOOR, THE LAURIA'S ON THE THIRD FLOOR. I TOOK MARY LAURIA TO MY COLLEGE JUNIOR PROM. SHE WAS THE PRETTIEST GIRL THERE. I STILL HAVE THE PICTURE OF HER AND ME DURING THE GRAND MARCH.
