I was shocked to learn from Robbin Rossi that Scott had died. I was so fortunate to havw know him at Claypit Hill while working with Robbin and Rick Colpitts. Scott stood out from the rest because of his wit, intelligence and goodness. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dearest Susan & Brian, Brew and I were devastated to learn of Scott's death. Like Nancy, I so remember all the years of play groups and evening walks along Claypit Hill Road w/ strollers and prams; and the later years when we were privileged to listen to his magnificent, joyful piano playing. To the Elkins,
scott was my intern when i was at hyde summer challenge and he helped me and supported me in so many ways. he was the only intern on our camping trip and he was such an inspiration to all of us- he could even get us laughing while we were doing blocks. scott was unbelievably gifted and truly one-of-a-kind - i am so sorry for your loss. he will never be forgotten.

I'll always remember Scott seated before a piano. I'll never forget the time he accompanied me on a few numbers before John Hiatt played at Hyde School in Connecticut. Thankfully, his beautiful playing covered my shaky vocals.
