Tom: I found out today of your passing,from one of your dearest friends who's team just one the world series. Tom, you were a big champion for me in my life and gave me THE start in my career. I still use everything you taught me today. I have never forgotten you and never will. God bless you Tom and the entire Family. PS.You could always get tickets for any sold out Boston Sporting event..simply amazing !

I was at Tom's funeral Mass and was touched by the wonderful family and friends in attendance. Toms self eulogy was inspiring and something to remember. Although you don't know me, I was a friend with Tom for 30 years in the electronic business and respected him greatly. As we get older memories of the past prevail and you indeed have an abundance. Dear Cathy, Kim, Ashely and Chelsey,
Tommy was an extremely generous, affable and kind hearted man. He had the unique ability to lighten the moment with his great sense of humor. He was an incredibly unique individual and he will truly be missed. Looking back, I cherish my ten years working for Tommy at Compass Technology. Our family wishes your family the best through these tough times.

I am very sad to hear of Tom's passing. He was a great guy and always so good to me when I was at Mercury Computer and also NEC so many years ago. I have many fond memories of Tom and he always had such love for his family.

Dear Cathy, Ashley, Chelsey, and Kimberly,
Tom has been my friend for over 30 years - as he has been with so many others. I feel blessed that we were able to share so much laughter, funny stories, recipes and sometimes tears. I have missed his fashion advice and the reprimand when I needed it which always started with "Hey, let me tell you something, ok"? :)
His heart was so full of love and appreciation for each of you and always in our conversations - he would tell me how "incredibly beautiful Cathy and his 3 daughters are", and then list all of the reasons why.
Tom will always live in my heart as he has all along. I am sad also but it gives me comfort to know that he is no longer feeling ill and that he is with Joey, Rose, George, Brackett, Govie, Charlie and the others - laughing up a storm.

My sincere condolences to each of you for your loss.
My memory of Tommy will always be of him telling a wonderful story that had everyone laughing. He always seemed to light up a room when he walked in it. I remember the Thanksgiving we were all at Rose and Tom's. My sister and I, because of limited space, were placed at the children's table in the kitchen rather than the dining room where everyone else was sitting. Tommy took the time to sit with us for the longest time just talking and making us feel included. To me that was the best part of that day. Looking back, it was such a sweet thing for him to do.

This is just a small token of my appreciation for Uncle Tom. Uncle Tom, although not a true uncle, has always been someone I admire and look up to. He is someone I will never forget and will always remember throughout my life. Ashley, Chelsey, and Auntie Cathy - I'm always a phone call away. Even though I've fallen out of touch, I am not far away. I will always be there for whenever any of you need me. I love you all and will miss you Uncle Tom.
