McCOURT, Dr. Thomas H. Of the Pine Hills, Plymouth, formerly of Needham. November 11, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Jane P. (Lynch) McCourt. Devoted father of Scott A. McCourt and his wife, Christine of Needham, William J. McCourt of Plymouth, Joanne E. McCourt of Newton and the late Thomas H. McCourt, Jr. Loving grandfather of Libby, Charles and Phoebe McCourt, Ellena Lopez and Patricia McCourt. Great-grandfather of Jett, Liam and Beau Lopez. Brother of Janice Melone of Texas, Lillian McCourt of Marlboro; and his late siblings, Jean McDowell, Edna McCourt, John McCourt, Ann Riley and Eleanor Praught. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Thomas was a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (1952) and Georgetown Dental School (1958). He practiced dentistry in Brookline for over 50 years. Army Veteran. Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave., NEEDHAM, on Friday, November 18, at 10am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 1382 Highland Ave., Needham, at 11am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting Hours on Thursday, November 17, from 4-7pm. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Brighton.
