Victor surprised me once by coming by my office and saying "you're welcome!" I gave him a puzzled look, but then he pointed to a sign thanking veterans for their service. The sign remains on my door, just for him.
We thank Victor for his many years of service. He will be missed.

I would like to offer my condolences to your family in this time of sorrow.
Victor was a union brother whom I have looked up to in the time I have worked on the e-board with him. He was a good man who cared deeply for all
of the people he supported in the union.

Victor was a great man. He stopped by my office every day (in his best Hawaiian shirt) just to say hi and start the day off with a chuckle. He always had advice whenever I needed it. He was and and still is an icon in Draper, to say the least. I am praying for all the family and friends. God bless you all.
