For my papa. You were a wonderful father to me even though I wasn't your daughter. I will be forever grateful for all the love, kindness, support and advice that you gave me. I will never forget the night we played the melodicas in my backyard and you taught me how to play it better. The world is missing an incredible man who was always full joy and music. I promise that I will always be there for your Diane. She is the sister I never had and I love her very much. Thank you for letting me be a part of this wonderful family. It is an honor. I will miss you very much papa. I love you, Dolly

Papa....my sweet papa....will this fog ever lift? Will this hole in my heart ever heal? I know it will once I see you in Heaven. Thank you so much for making me the proudest daughter ever. I couldn't believe the lines of people waiting to see you for your viewing! The line went on for 4 hours! It warms my heart to know that you touched so many lives; even total strangers...what a gift God gave you. So many people loved you.......love you! We are all waiting for you to come to us in our dreams. Please visit mom first ok? Love you forever....Diane xo

Jimmy was one amazing and inspiring man. He was a long time friend of my grandparents, Phyllis and Charlie Teixeira and I have so many vivid memories of him singing and playing his music. I am so grateful that my son was able to meet him just a month ago. My son is not a person who likes people he doesn't know, but Jimmy has been the only person he took to.

Gloria, My sincere condolence to you and your family.
