VITO TOCCO Obituary

TOCCO, Vito Age 94 of Maple Shade, NJ passed away on September 23, 2012. Born in Omaha, NE he lived in Boston, MA before moving to Maple Shade in 2007. Vito retired from Pasten Wine and Spirits in South Boston. Vito was an army veteran and an avid Boston Red Sox fan. Father of the late Philip Tocco, he is survived by his wife Betty (nee Robillard) Tocco, daughter Denise (Larry) Lawler, daughter in-law Donna Tocco, grandfather of 5, great grandfather of 11 and great-great grandfather of 6, also many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, 9-27-12,11AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help R. C. Church, Maple Shade, NJ. Interment will be private at a later date. Visitation Thursday 10-11AM at the church. Memorial contributions may be sent to D.A.V., ATTN: Gift Processing, PO Box 14301, Cincinnati,OH 45250-0301. Arr: Mark C. Tilghman Funeral Home, Maple Shade, NJ.

Before becoming a Police Officer,in the early 80's,I had the pleasure of loading trucks with Vito at Pastene Wines and can honestly say he was one of the kindest and most hard working guys I ever met.Rest in peace my friend.You never were or never will be forgotten.
