It is hard to believe that Bill passed away seven years ago, but maybe it is because his memory still lives on in us, a "Friend Forever".

Bill, you and Chester instilled in me the values of not only being a good EMT but also taking pride in what we did and how we looked. You were the leader in making the industry what it is today, you will be missed by many and I'm sure you and Chester are already hanging out.

To the entire Armstrong Family, My love and prayers are with you. Your dad, was a most amazing gentleman. His heart was as big as the world. My mom, Eileen, and he shared many stories and I am sure she, along with many of his friends that have gone before him, met him with great joy. My thoughts are with you during this most sad time. God Bless you and rest in peace dear Bill.

Mr Armstrong you set the standard for the industry for what the ambulance and it's crew members about our appearance. No other service met your requirements. We took pride in how we looked. We were the cream of the crop. On a more personal note I met you shortly after my father passed. When in Arlington quarters I used to spend a lot of time talking to you about everything from A to Z, not much of it was about work. I missed my dad so much and well you kind of filled the void. You were good at what you provided, there are a lot of people that will miss you. Rest in peace and God Bless
