Of Milton, Feb. 8. Beloved son of the late Thomas J. and Annie M. (Farrell) Coen. Brother of Ruth F. Harrington of Brighton and the late Mary Galvin, Ann Bokoske, Mildred, Margaret, Lawrence, Thomas, Joseph and Edward Coen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours at The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main St., (Rte 20) WALTHAM, Sunday Feb. 10, 3-7 p.m. A Rite of Reception will be held at St. Elizabeth Church, 350 Reedsdale Rd, Milton, Monday at 2:00 p.m. Msgr. Coen will lie in state there until 8:00 p.m. Concelebrated Funeral Mass at St. Elizabeth Church Tuesday morning at 11:00. His Eminence Bernard Cardinal Law will be the Principal Celebrant. Among his assignments Msgr. Coen served as Pastor at St. Paul Church, Dorchester, Sacred Heart Church, Roslindale and St. Gerard Majella Church, Canton and in the Society of St. James The Apostle Missions in So. America. At the time of his death, he was Senior Priest in Residence at St. Elizabeth Church.
