RECUPERO Paul J. Jr. In East Boston, March 8, 2012. Beloved father of Paul J. III of Woburn, John A. and his wife Denise of NH, Nicholas H. and his wife Kathy, Michael W. and his wife Kim, all of Revere and Jean Marie Matthews and her husband Michael of Peabody. Companion of Patricia Mulligan of Everett. Brother of Laura Scada of East Boston, Josephine Henry and her husband Humphrey of Carver, Frank and his wife Jessie of Saugus, Joseph and his late wife Ruth of VA, Agropino "Chickie" of ME, Robert and his wife Carol of Peabody and Richard Recupero of East Boston. Also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Magrath Funeral Home, 325 Chelsea Street [at Day Square] EAST BOSTON Monday morning at 9:00 A.M. Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Sunday 3:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M. Interment Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Late member Moose Lodge 1272, Revere. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated. Indoor parking and entrance available from 340 Bremen Street, MagrathFuneralHome.com

Paulie,

Sorry to see you have left this place, but I know that you are in a happier and better place. You were one of my favorite brother in-laws (hope you knew that). Glad that your suffering is over and you are at peace. I will always watch over your daughter, Jean, so please don't worry about her. Tell my dad I said hi and when my time comes (hopefully not for a long time though, haha), we will have fun like we used to when we lived on Saratoga Street while he was alive and life was easier then.
