David L. Hobbs, 86, went home to be with the Lord on November 29, 2022. Born in Rose Hill, VA on June 16, 1936. David was proceeded in death by his son, Aaron Hobbs. Survived by his wife, Murrel Taylor Hobbs of 66 years; son, Jimmy (Maryann) Hobbs of Pal; daughter, Kathy (Ken) Stinson of Pal; granddaughter, Renee Stinson of Pal; grandsons; Corey (Kayla) Hobbs of Soddy Daisy, TN, Seth (Lauren) Stinson Pal, Cody Hobbs, Garrett Hobbs Pal, Mason Hobbs of Myakka; great-granddaughters; Baylee Hobbs, Sadie Hobbs of Soddy Daisy TN, Colbie Hobbs of Myakka.
Graveside Services will be at 2:30 PM, Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Ellenton-Gillette Cemetery. David will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.
