Dad you are truly missed every day. February 16, 2012 marked two years that you are gone from this earth and into a sleep of rest until Jesus comes again. Dad I am holding on strong and continue Trusting in God to keep me strong. I am learning more and more about our LORD and Saviour JESUS CHRIST. I am in a Womens Prayer Group, I have Bible Study for Women in my home and I feel so much at peace now, knowing I will see you, Karesha, Vernon, Special and all the over family members who have gone on. When Jesus comes back He will wake you and all the others up and we will all be back together again. I love and miss you all so much. I given myself totally over to the LORD Jesus to be a Servant of the LORD. I miss and love you so much Dad.

DAD, I have learn to accept the will of God in my life. God's plan is much better than the one I had for me. I am doing more in the church now getting my life right with God so when Jesus comes I will be ready and I am telling every one I know about Jesus and to allow Him to come in their hearts too. God has been so good to me dad, I call on Him when I think of you so I won't be sad. For I know He has you and the others who have passed on in Jesus. You all are resting now until Jesus comes back again and I know I will see you all again. God, let me know that all is good will you and my kids and I will see you all again, all I have to do is continue focusing on Him and let His Holy Spirit lead me and guide me alone the way. I miss you, but I give God the glory for you being a part of my life while you were here with us. I love you dad so much. It's been a year now that you have been gone and 9 1/2 years for Vernon and 3 years for Karesha and it will be 5 years for Special this year and all the others it will be a grand old time when we all meet again. Well I got to get back to work. I love you and miss you so much dad.

Dad, it has been a year since your homegoing and you are truly missed. You are thought of often by all us. I am grateful for all the teaching and counsel that you gave to me as a young man to help me become the man I am today. It is tough when I go home and and not be able to stop and chat with you as we did so often. But I am comforted knowing that I was the last person you saw before you closed your eyes for good one year ago today. May you continue to rest in eternal peace with all of your heavenly family as we (your earthly family) continue to love and miss you.
I love and miss you DAD!!!

Dad, you are so missed, I reached for the phone to call you, but I remember you are no longer hear with the living on earth, but you are resting, a rest that you needed, no more stress, no more worries, rest until Jesus comes and call all those that are asleep and the rightous ones to come live with Him. I pray for strength each day to carry on, and do what God's Will for me, His plan for me is much better than the plan I have for myself. I miss you so much dad, I will keep praying for all my sisters and brothers to know Jesus Christ as I do, I thank Him for the years I had with you and to know you my earthly father. I love you dad.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
