In loving memory of Paul, a remarkable man who touched the lives of so many with his kindness, wisdom, and giving spirit. He is thought of in our hearts even 2 years after his passing. His legacy will be forever engraved in our hearts, as he exemplified true compassion and made a profound impact on all who had the priviledge to know him. May his spirit guide us, inspire us, and remind us of the importance of living a life filled with love, respect, and empathy. Rest in peace, dear Paul. You were so loved.

I was privileged to get to know Paul as an adult learner at Stetson University. Through reflections on his written studies, I have learned of his passion for working at ELC of Manatee County and pride for his two sons. His kind heart and his servitude for the community he served had offered lessons of humility and stewardship to the rest of us in the classroom. While it still does not seem true that this magnificent human being is gone, I am grateful I could accompany him on the part of his journey on this earth. Rest in peace, Paul. Your energy will be forever missed.

I cannot imagine life without him. To say he was a remarkable man is such an understatement. There simply are no words. I hope that you find comfort in knowing how many lives he greatly influenced and all the good work he did while he was among us. His legacy will live on. Without any doubt, his greatest joy were his sons, Ian and Evan. His world revolved around them. I was so blessed to be able to call him my friend. I will always miss him.

I have know Paul for many, many years. He was always a go-getter. He had a kind heart and cared for others. He was proud of his boys. Paul had a great influence on his community and will be greatly missed. Just a few weeks ago as we talked he told me that he wanted to make a difference in his area. Paul, you made a big difference and it will be hard to fill your many shoes.

Paul, aka Buzzy, thinking of you when you were young and I was your babysitter and also first cousins. So mischievous or should I say quite devilish! But I loved you! Later you moved to Florida and I got married and we were miles apart. Didn't see each other hardly at all since I lived in WV. I recall the time we visited you & Sondra, opening your lovely home to us, riding in the limo, & treating us to dinner by the warm waters of Florida. You were so much like your mother, having a huge heart. Our family sends our love and prayers for Ian & Evan that our Lord would lead and guide you in this life, sending peace and comforting you, Sondra, and Paul's friends during this difficult time.

We go back to our neighborhood located in West Virginia. He always had a smile to give and we loved to shoot pool together. His mom loved to hang out with us while friends filled her basement. Buzzy was such a kind soul and he will be missed. My sincere condolences and may the Lord comfort you during this loss.
