November 6, 1950 - December 26, 2021
Bradenton, Florida - Life-long resident of Manatee County, he passed on December 26th, 2021. He was born November 6th, 1950, also born in Manatee County. He went to Southeast High School. He was also a roofer for most of his life with his own company, Superior roofing. He loved to travel, go fishing with his niece Jodi, he also collected music boxes, snow globes, and old records in his spare time as a hobby, as well as working on cars.
When he passed, his mother, Hazel Russell Violet Ferrell; and his son, Buddy Ray Linzy was by his side. His companion for 25 years was Carol Lancaster.
He is preceded in death by his father, Raymon Linzy; and his sister, Polly Linzy. He is survived by his siblings; Violet Ferrell, Gail Ledford; his children; Gina Linzy, Buddy Ray Linzy; and his grandchildren, Dalton Prater, Harley Prater, Trampas Prater, and Morgan Malphrus. His other family include his nieces; Jodi Ferrell, Tammy Pogar, Rickette Brimmer, Michelle Love, and Jackie Ledford. His nephews are; Louie Bell, Michael Linzy, Jaimi Ledford, Rocky Maldonaldo, and James Linzy.
