Robert Besemer Obituary

Robert "Buddy" Besemer passed away November 21, 2008 in Gainesville, FL. He worked for Manatee County Parks & Recreation for 30 years. He retired in 2004, after 30 years of devoted service. He was an Avid steel dart player for many years in Manatee County. He retired to Fort White, FL on 10 beautiful acres of land. He is survived by his wife Helen (Suman) Besemer; his father Bob Besemer of Tallahassee, FL; sister Tina (Kenny) Baker Kerrie Brumby, Kyle & Kolby & Kory Baker; two great nephews Kolby & Chason Brumby of Crawfordville, FL; brother Skip Schultz (Joyce) nephew Shane of Bradenton, FL; aunt Margaret Donohue, N. Palmetto, FL, aunt Gitzie McHugh, Holiday, FL; uncle Billy (Alice) Honohan, Oakboro, NC; aunt Audrey Seeley, Summerville, SC. He is also survived by Mike (Sandy) Hooey & Tonya Hooey of Parrish, FL. He is and forever will be LOVED by Family & Friends. There will be a private service. Donations in the name of Robert "Buddy" may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4955-St. Road 64 East, Bradenton, FL 34208.
