Christian Howard Obituary
He was born June 24, 1981 in Kane, the son of Christian J. and Carol (Burgason) Howard. On Sept. 25, 2022, in Westline, he married Jan L. Himmelreich, who survives.
Ross was a 1999 graduate of Kane High School and of the Culinary Institute through Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2000. He worked as a chef in several locations. He cooked for the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Fla., Glendorn in Bradford and the Westline Inn. He recently was employed at Morgan Advanced Materials of Coudersport.
In addition to his parents and his wife, Jan, of Port Allegany, he is survived by one son, Christian R. Howard of Port Allegany; one brother, Chase (Jessica) Howard of Port Allegany; one sister, Corinne Howard of Port Allegany; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Ross' life will be held July 20, 2025, at the Westline Inn. A time will be announced in the near future.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Kinzua Valley Trail Club, kinzuavalleytrail.org. Arrangements are under direction of Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc. Online condolences may be made at hartle-tarboxfuneralhomes.com.
