David Troutman

David L. Troutman, 75, of 61 Gilbert Lane, Bradford, passed away Sunday (Nov. 4, 2018) at his residence.
Born Sept. 11, 1943, in Bradford, he was a son of the late Richard and Caroline Anderson Troutman.
On March 28, 1964, in Bradford, he married Karen L. Goss Troutman who survives.
David was a 1962 graduate of Bradford High School. He had been employed as an equipment operator for Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. He enjoyed traveling out west on hunting trips. He enjoyed bowling, horseshoes, baseball, softball and billiards. In his quiet time he did crossword puzzles and Sudoku.
He was a member of the Eagles Club.
Surviving in addition to his wife Karen of 54 years are two daughters, Kristine (Jason) Bentley of Conrath, Wisc., and Melissa (Daniel) Wright of Oakwood, Ohio; one sister, Cora (Lew) Niver of Brevard, N.C.; his sister-in-law, Connie (Bruce) Phearsdorf of Allegany, N.Y.; two brothers, Bill (Elaine) Troutman of Hendersonville, N.C., and Ben Troutman of Bradford; 8 grandchildren, Kyle Eck, Grace Hutton, Bill Eck, Joshua Wright, Joseph Wright, Jacob Wright, Trisha Carpenter and Lindsay Eck, and several nieces and nephews.
Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 33 South Ave., followed by funeral and committal services with retired Presbyterian minister, Rev. W. LeRoy Beckes officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
