Joe was my best friend in High School. Doey and Bugs were truly inseparable. He was one of the funniest people I have ever met and someone who actually cared about other people. Sandy, I know this is a particularly hard time for you. I will keep you in my prayers.

To the Wilhelm Family, Although I never had the pleasure of knowing Joe, I have been blessed to see Love in action thru Sandy.
