Linda Mishler Obituary
EDINBURG, Va. - Linda "Toni" J. Mishler of New Market, Va., passed away on Tuesday (Oct. 12, 2021).
Born Oct. 21, 1949, in Olean, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Roscoe and Mary Sanderson. Toni grew up in Duke Center, Pa. and graduated from Otto Eldred High School.
On May 23, 1988, she married the love of her life, Carl W. Mishler.
Toni enjoyed fishing trips with Carl and working in her beautiful flower gardens.
Toni is survived by her sister, Lois (Don) Andrews; three stepchildren, Mark (Florence), Micki and Michael (Sara); seven grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Carl, Toni was preceded in death by four siblings, Charles, Irene, Richard and Jerry.
A viewing will be held from noon until 2 p.m. Oct. 20, 2021, at Heishman Funeral Home, Edinburg, followed by a Christian funeral service at 2 p.m.; and interment.
Donations in memory of Linda "Toni" Mishler can be made to the charity of choice or to the New Market Fire & Rescue, New Market, Va.

In loving memory of my dear friend, I love you and will miss you more than words can say. Just a few weeks ago when we went to Myersdale, Pa. we had such an awesome time! May God be with your sister Lois, your sons, daughter and grandchildren as life goes on and they face the difficult days ahead without you. Rest in peace.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Mishler Family for the loss of a wonderful person this week. Our hearts are broken to the loss of a dear friend and neighbor. My grandson, Evan lost his best friend this week. When Evan heard the news, he asked if we could say a prayer for Tony... and we did. We love you and miss you so much! Rest in peace, my friend...and until we meet again. It gives us comfort knowing Carl and Tony are finally together, again.
