Michael Monti Obituary
Born Sept. 28, 1963, in Bradford, he was the son of the late G. Bruce Monti and Anita (Colosimo) Monti. Mike attended Ramsbottom School.
He worked for Pizza Hut and later Futures for more than 30 years.
Mike enjoyed swimming, bowling and watching football and baseball, especially the Pittsburgh Pirates, and attended a game every year. He enjoyed video games and participating in the Special Olympics.
Surviving are two sisters, Melissa K. (Stafford) Young in North Carolina and Lynn M. Monti of Pittsboro, N.C.; one brother, Patrick C. (Heather) Monti of Gifford; his stepmother, Beth Monti of Bradford; one stepbrother, Scott (Julie Schoeneman) Pingie of Derrick City; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one stepbrother, Andrew Pingie.
Family will receive friends 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 17, 2024) at Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 33 South Ave., where funeral services will immediately follow with the Rev. Max Simms, pastor of Hilltop Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the McKean County Special Olympics, P.O. Box 101, Bradford PA 16701.

Monti family you have my Deepest sympathy Michael was one of a kind. Loving and fun to be around. I remember he & John sitting in Bruce & Beth living room conversing about football with John's arm up around his shoulders. Also he loved Beth's chocolate chip cookies. Again a great person and he will be missed. My deepest sympathy
