Nora Lydic Obituary
Born July 24, 1922, in Curwensville, she was the daughter of Frank and Nora Black Thompson. On March 29, 1947, in Curwensville, she married Max B. Lydic, who preceded her in death in 2000.
Nora was a homemaker and a member of the Andrews Settlement Baptist Church and the Andrews Settlement-Ellisburg Community Club.
Surviving are two sons, David (Helen) Lydic and Carl Lydic, both of Andrews Settlement; and eight grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by 12 siblings.
Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. today at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Darell Harris will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews Settlement Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Andrews Settlement Baptist Church; or the Andrews Settlement-Ellisburg Community Club.
