Barbara Kogut Obituary
SENECA, S.C. Barbara Ann Winter Kogut, 63, widow of the late Richard Stanley Kogut, 731 My Way Lane, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at the Cottingham Hospice House.Born in Brattleboro, she was the daughter of the late Cleon John and Anna Rosie Slocum Winter, and was formerly employed with Kendall where she worked as an operator.
Survivors include sons, Shane Clayton of Massachusetts, and Shawn Clayton of Putney; daughter, Shannon Mahoney of Seneca; stepson, Richard Kogut of Springfield, Vt.; stepdaughter, Dee Richardson of Vermont; siblings, Beverly Frasier, John Winter, Shirley Sprague, Jimmy Winter, and Jerry Winter; eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
No formal services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory may be made to the Cottingham Hospice House, Attn: Foundation Office, 298 Memorial Drive, Seneca, SC 29672. Condolences may be expressed online by visiting www.sandiferfuneralhome.com
