Brian James Showers

BUCYRUS: Brian James Showers, 47 of Bucyrus passed away Thursday evening in his home following a short illness.

He was born March 16, 1966 in Titisville, Pennsylvania to Robert and Frieda (Warner) Showers, his mother preceded him in death. On August 2, 1997 he married Kim Showers, who survives.

Also surviving are his children, Logan Beeman and Alexis Showers of Bucyrus; his brothers, Robert (Kim) Showers of Conneaut, Ohio and Mark Galbraith of Wooster, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews.

Brian came to Bucyrus in 1997 after graduating from Triway High school in Wooster where he was a member of the Class of 1984. He was employed as a National Trainer for the Combined Insurance Company. He enjoyed cooking, football, being with his friends. Brian was a real people person and enjoyed his special friends, Terry and Becky Kindred and their children.

Brian's family will receive friends on Monday from 2-4 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home. At his request, no funeral services will be held.

The family has requested memorial contributions be made through the funeral home.
