Darrell Grayson Obituary
BLOOMVILLE: Darrell Grayson, age 61, passed away surrounded by family June 8, 2017. Darrell was born to the late Kelly O. Grayson and Ruby (Stegall) Fultz October 7, 1955 in Portsmouth, Oh. Darrell is preceded in death by parents, siblings Ellen Ruth Ann, David, Randy, John, Patricia, and Martha.
Darrell is survived by children, Aaron (Kimberly) Grayson and Allison (Benjamen) Combs; grandchildren, Taylor, Josh, Isabelle, and Matthew; sister, Brenda; brother, Greg, several nieces and nephews; as well as long time friend Ray Blankenship and numerous others.
Darrell was with Trans Co. Railway as a Welder for a number of years. He also did a short stint with Galion Iron Works. Darrell was a Lance Corporal with the United States Marine Corps from 1973-1977. He enjoyed finding treasures and nick knacks at auctions when he got the chance. Darrell held an interest in classic cars and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed spending time with family and grandkids.
Visiting hours will be at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home Monday June 12 from 4-6 PM. There will be a memorial service that follows calling hours at 6 PM. There will be an interment Saturday June 17, at 11 AM at Bryn-Zion Cemetery in Mt. Gilead. Memorials may be made to Stein Hospice of Sandusky. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.munzpirnstill.com
