Mildred Liles Obituary
BUCYRUS: Mildred Catherine Liles, 79, of Bucyrus passed away Thursday April 2, 2015 at Bucyrus Community Hospital following a sudden illness. Mildred was born May 28, 1935 in Vanceburg, KY to the late Mickel W. and Dorothy (Cooley) Dyer.
She was married October 6, 1952 to Dallas E. Liles Sr. who preceded her in death on February 3, 1982. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by brother, Hubert Dyer; and sister Betty Entler.
Mildred Catherine is survived by children Vickie Lucille (Craig) Van Meter, Marion, Mickel Joseph Liles of Bucyrus, Dallas Eugene Liles Jr. of Bucyrus, Wilma Ruth Hoffman, Bucyrus, Randall (Jeanette) Liles, Bucyrus, Garnet Mae (Jim Cooper) Royal of Vanceburg, Rebecca Lynn (Raymond) Hoffman, TN and Calvin Leroy Liles who still lives at home with his friend Dale Specht; 37 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; two brothers, Richard of Bucyrus and Ronnie of WA; sister, Romona Fay Zornes of Bucyrus; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Mildred moved to Bucyrus in 1965 and worked for 10 years at Carolyn's Kitchen as well as being a homemaker.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Bernie France officiating, burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00-7:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
