Today we laid you to rest with our beloved grandpa. I'm so very grateful you waited for me before you left, I only wish I could have taken your pain away sooner so you could live your healthy life and I could enjoy your company selfishly. I'm so grateful for the years and years of love you granted me and the lessons you taught me with guide me in life.
My heart hurts without you, gram, but I know you're always with me now.
