Of Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Buffalo, N.Y., age 67; loving son of the late Roy R. and Teresa M. (nee McDonell) Cesar. Dear brother of Mark (Michele) Cesar, Paula (Rick) Herbert, David (Roberta) Cesar, Gregory Cesar, Rob Roy (Joon) Cesar, Mary Cesar, Anita Cesar, Andrea (Glen Pawlak) Cesar, and the late Laura Cesar. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 1st at 10 a.m., from Ss.
