Beloved husband of the late Dorothea F. (nee Utz) Bihl. Loving father of Kenneth (Linda) Bihl, Janet (Paul) Sergot and Marilyn (the late Thomas) Stevens. Loving grandfather of Scott (Jill), Brian (Molly), Carrie, Sarah (Zachary) Kanaley, Nicolas and Stacy (Barry) Korn. Loving great-grandfather of Charlotte, Daniel, Joseph, Mila and August. Loving brother of the late Edward (Jean) Bihl. Also survived by nieces and nephews. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 4-8pm at The Dietrich Funeral Home Inc., 2480 Kensington Ave., Amherst, NY 14226. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 9:30am at Christ the King Church, 30 Lamarck Ave., Amherst, NY 14226. Please assemble at church. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to The Buffalo-Niagara Honor Flight, P.O. Box 426, Clarence, NY 14031. Clayton served honorably in the Army as a WWII Veteran. The Bihl family would like to extend our gratitude for the wonderful care and compassion the staff at Greenfield Health and Rehabilitation Center extended to our family. I met Clayton a few times and he was always interesting to converse with. He crossed a lot of lives of friends of mine also and was close with my next door neighbor. He was one classy gentleman. He will be remembered fondly.
