David E.

Entered into the Embrace of His Lord and Savior. As a man of strong faith and devotion he fought the good fight while battling cancer over several decades. David's lifelong pursuit of knowledge is reflected in his life's dedication to learning. After graduating from East High School he worked at Bethlehem Steel while attending college. David went on to graduate from Law School at the University of Buffalo. His career shifted when he left his law profession and began substitute teaching while earning his teaching license. In 2009 he retired from Bennett High School as a US History teacher. Theology Studies ultimately led him to becoming an Ordained Minister within the Baptist Church. David was a devoted and cherished member of First Shiloh Baptist Church in Buffalo. David Leaves a Living Legacy of Life, Love and Faith through his Family, Friends and Church. Twice married, David is predeceased by his wife Helena, and now, survived by his wife, Ann Marie. A Celebration of Life is being held at First Shiloh Baptist Church, August 16th, 2025, Eleven O'clock AM, 15 Pine Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. Remembrances may be made on the Thomas T. David was a classmate of mine at UB Law School. We were the last class to graduate from the law school when it was downtown.
David was both interested and interesting. He was genuinely interested in the people around him.
He would have made a helluva judge!
