Dennis CHUDZIK Obituary
Of Lackawanna, NY, passed away May 31, 2022. Beloved husband of 45 years of Carol Chudzik; loving father of Robin Chudzik (Warren Miller), Amy Chudzik, and Todd (Jennifer) Chudzik; dearest Papa of Christopher, Devyn, Tyler, and Carter Chudzik; he will also be dearly missed by his grand-dog Charles. Dearest brother of Thomas Chudzik and Teresa Chudzik; loving uncle of many nephews and nieces. The family will be present to receive friends Sunday from 2-7 PM at the (Blasdell/Lackawanna Chapel), JOHN J. KACZOR HOME, INC., 3450 South Park Ave., where a Funeral Service will be held Monday morning at 10 AM. Flowers are gratefully declined. Share condolences at www.kaczorfunerals.com.
