Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Markarian) Binner; Dear father of Andrea Binner and the late Charles Binner; Loving papa of Charlie; Brother of Mercita Black and the late Robert and Ted Binner; Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Saturday, October 12th, 1-3 & 5-7 the Lester Wedekindt, Inc. Funeral Home, 3290 Delaware Ave. where Military Honors and a Funeral Service will be held at 7 PM. Mr. Binner was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a College Administrator at UB, Buffalo State, Canisus and Hilbert Colleges. Bud brought so much joy to every conversation. He was such a good person whose memory will always bring a smile. He was kind, thoughtful, and loving to everyone who knew him. Our family is honored to have known him, Liz, and Andrea and Charlie. Hugs and love, The Carmichael Family.
