Aunt Nancy, Years ago, Uncle George gave me a card when my can of coffee made it to him for x-mas. It said, "You made it on the last day". That is what I think of. He was God's gift to us for so many years and I am sure He made it on the last day. God will welcome him for he was an exceptional man. love and prayers, Your favorite God child!

Dear Aunt Nancy,

My sisters and I always called you Aunt Nancy and Uncle George. We did not question until we were in our teens, that you were not blood relatives. But, you were both a "special Aunt and Uncle". How lucky to have had such a "special Uncle George".
