Glen SCHOFER Obituary

Schofer - Glen A.
Colonel Glen A. Schofer (Ret.) born September 24, 1940 passed June 16, 2022. He was 81 years old. Originally from Blasdell NY, he began his nursing career in West Seneca State School. He joined the US Army in 1978 and served in the US Army for 23 years as a Registered Nurse. Upon retirement he worked for the State of Washington as a Health System inspector. Upon retirement from the State of Washington he moved to the Boise, Idaho area. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Beverly Marie Schofer (Smith); his daughter, Terry Blue (Keith); daughter, Denise Muller; son, Keith Schofer (Kari); and daughter Melody Mason (Dave); 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings Rae Koenig, Karen Abel, Ellen Fulmer, and Alvin Schofer. He is interred with full military honors at the Veterans Cemetery in Boise, Idaho.
