Dear Jeanie, Kristen, Kim, Kara, Korey, Kenny, your many beautiful children and your extended family:

We are so sorry and saddened to hear about Herb. Your loss is a loss shared by so many because he was such a great man and so well respected. I have so many memories of our lives and how they intersect and reconnect - going over it all in my head - when I last saw each of you, and how childhood memories really do last forever. My heart is so heavy as I write this, yet the memories do live on, even as a tear falls from my cheek and a faint smile passes my lips. I miss you all.

With deepest sympathy and love -

Binnie, John, Jack, Lorraine and Becca

Dear Jean, Children, & Grandchildren,

In the short time we have known Herb we have either learned or had been reminded again of waking up happy, smiling, caring for others, sincerity, and love of family. We have so little time on earth to enjoy all the little things that Herb also enjoyed. So, we will carry on the way Herb would want it. Love each other more every day. Smile, as he so often did. Love as he loved you all. And last but not least, love every one and see the the good in all others as Herb did.

Our sincerest thoughts go out to you.

All our love,

Gabe & Marsha Sorgi

Dearest Sixbury Family;

I am sad to hear of Herb's loss. Through conversations, I learned of the great love he had for his wife and children. He told me countless stories about his children's hockey games and swim meets. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

It is with great sadness that I am writing this note. The Sixbury family has been such dear friends for so many years - back to my childhood and skiing with you at Concord to sitting Kristen, Kara, Kim and Korey to Jeanne and Herb's participation in my wedding- and so many more great memories in between. Herb was a great man and will be missed very much. My love and prayers to you all.

I am sadden to hear about Herb. Herb's greatest joy was making others happy. Whether it was selling cars, service or insurance, his achievements were numerous. I remember how Herb would always show respect to everyone he met. He has now found peace and happiness in a better world. I will miss his professional smile and his stories. My heartfelt sympathy goes to Jean & Kim that I met and his other children and grandchildren whom he spoke about so proudly and so often.

I have only known Herb for about 5 years, and in that short time he had become a mentor,a colleague, an example and a friend. I became close with Jeanette and his wonderful family and share in their sorrow. I will miss Herb. His sense of humor, his un-tiring dedication to professionalism and to his family, his broadcast voice, impeccable dress, and cocktails at five discussing the car business. He has always been a crowd pleaser and now he's got a whole new audience...see you again my friend!
