Herman GERACI Obituary
Age 86, December 12, 2020. Loving husband of 62 years to RoseAnn (nee Bongi); beloved son of the late Herman and Josephine Geraci; devoted father of Gregg (Angela) Geraci, Gemma (Brian) Bossi and Jeffrey (Jennifer) Geraci; dear grandfather of Sarah Geraci, Mitchell and Samantha Bossi, Lucas and Jackson Geraci, Erica and Michael Mazzella; dearest brother of Bernice Geraci, Dolores (late Victor Sr.) Colonna, and the late Joseph (Janet) and Jacquelyn Geraci; fond brother-in-law of JoAnn (late Robert) Polino, and the late Robert (Marlene) Bongi; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call Friday 4-8 PM at the PERNA, DENGLER, ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME, 1671 Maple Rd., Williamsville. Funeral service will be held Saturday, 11 AM, at The Chapel at Crosspoint. Funeral home capacity restrictions may cause delays, masks required for both funeral home and church. Herman "Deke" was a devoted husband and father extraordinaire. He will be remembered for his unwavering love and commitment for his family and friends. He lived purposefully with a strong faith in God, which was evidenced by his grace, humility and dignity. All of this came to him by virtue of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are joyful and assured that he heard upon entering his new home, "Well done good and faithful servant." Herman was a Captain in the US Air Force Dental Facility from 1961-1963. Lifetime member in the American Dental Association and past President of the Fonzi Dental Study Club. So very sorry to hear this sad news. We've known Herman since his dental school days. He was such a special person, a high achiever and dedicated professional who was forever young, always dapper and hilarious and a terrific dancer too. Being with him and RoseAnn was a guaranteed good time. Hard to believe he's gone. Our deepest condolences to his family.

I just heard about Herman's passing away. I'm saddened because I enjoyed talking to him over the years at The Chapel at Crosspoint. He really loved the Lord. Yet, he is in glory with the Savior, Jesus and all the other believers. Will look for him in Heaven when I get there one day.

May I offer my humble condolences to the Geraci family. Greg, I will always remember your Dad's sense of humor and how your wonderful parents always made me feel welcome when I would ride my bike over to your house on those summer vacation days in the 70's. May Dr. Geraci rest in peace.
