To the entire Carlo family,
We are very saddened to hear of Jim's passing away. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. My parents, and my husband and I always looked forward to visiting with Jimmy every summer in the mountains. He was always such a nice, kind, gentle man. He truly was one who appreciated the tranquility that LaCasita offered. He always looked so relaxed and happy when he was there. His presence will surely be missed. We have many fond memories of him. It's our memories that keep a person alive in our hearts and minds forever. May your memories live on and help ease the pain that is in your hearts today.

My condolences to the Carlo family on your loss. Mr. Carlo was a great man I took care of him at Roswell and became so attatched to him after just a few days of caring for him. I dont think I ever saw him with a frown on his face. He used to tell me how proud he was of his family and how much love there was, and you could tell. I am so glad I was able to meet all of you and was able to care for such an amazing person with so much support and love around him. I will always keep your family in my prayers.

Carlo Family: We are sorry for your loss. Jim handled many transactions for our family over the years and has always been a great friend.
Jim always had a great story to tell about his kids and was very proud of his family.
One story I always enjoyed was when Jim did a real estate closing for my father, John, over 40 years ago in his home on a coffee table.
Absolutely a great man.
We will miss him.
