James Renda Obituary

Of Amherst, NY, entered into rest January 16, 2002, beloved husband of the late Laura R. (nee Cercone) Renda; devoted father of James P. (Marilyn) Renda Atty. and Judith A. (James) Manzella; cherished grandfather of Dr. Julie Renda, Jennifer Renda, Jacqueline Renda, Alexander Manzella, Cara Manzella and Alea Manzella; loving son of the late Philip and Nancy (nee Nastrina) Renda; dear brother of the late Serafina (late John) Divizio, the late John (late Sue) Renda and the late Russell 'Cy' (Rose) Renda; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Northtowns Chapel), 4614 Main St, near Harlem (same location at Schlager Funeral Home) on Thursday from 7-9 PM and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral will be held on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Gregory The Great Church, 100 St. Gregory Court (Amherst) at 10:45 o'clock. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Renda was a Navy Veteran of WW II.
