Of Wheatfield, NY on May 7, 2023 son of the late Albert & late Celia(nee Gold) Jaffe. Husband of Brenda Walck. Father of Phyllis Jaffe, and Russell Jaffe. Brother of Carolyn Grossman. Predeceased by Gerald Jaffe. Joel was the owner of Amherst Jewelers, Inc. in East Amherst, NY. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday 1:30 PM at Beth Israel Cemetery (Military Rd, Lewiston, NY) In lieu of flowers, memorial are to be made to Chabad House of Buffalo. 2450 North Forest Rd. Getzville, NY 14068 Arrangement provided by AMHERST MEMORIAL CHAPEL LLC.

I am so sorry to hear of Joel's passing. Joel was such a kind man and a true gentleman. I always enjoyed going into his store over the years for all of my jewelry needs and repairs and chatting with him about lots of things! We shared a Niagara Falls connection. I remember his store in NF on Main Street as a kid. Joel's presence will be missed. My deepest sympathies to his family.

Oh dear. I´m so sorry to hear this. After spending the winter in a warmer climate I had no idea. Sending hugs to you Brenda and Phyllis. I remember her with the dog running around and then Brenda helping me out. I have bought many items in your store. He will truly be missed
