101, of Springville, Tonawanda, and Syracuse, NY, passed away on December 28, 2021. Carol Wilson of Hamburg, her family, and Dorothy Savage of Springville, are his closest surviving friends. In '38, he obtained an Aerodynamics Design Engineering Degree in San Diego. He was a man who tried to stay humble for the Lord, praying or going to 6 AM Mass daily as an adult. He worked first with Curtiss Wright, and then at Bell Aerospace, as a Design Engineer, obtaining several patents. He was pursuing safer airplane designs and more efficient electrical wind turbines when he passed. He was a life-long member of the Experimental Aviation Association, and was hoping to attend one more Osh Kash fly-in. A Joint Memorial Service with Neil Savage will be held Saturday, June 25th, 11 AM, at the Root 39 Event Center, 500 S. Cascade Drive , Springville, NY. Lunch and musical afternoon will follow. Bring a side dish and instrument if desired. He was buried with his family at the St. Peter and Paul Orthodox Catholic Cemetery of Syracuse, NY, on January 4, 2021.
