Tom, Kiki and Claire,

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Jack will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I hope the following poem gives you strength in this time of healing.

******************************* *

God saw him getting tired when a cure was not to be.

He closed His arms around him and whispered, “Come To Me”.

In tears we saw him sinking, we watched him fade away.

Our hearts were almost broken; he fought so hard to stay.

But when we saw him sleeping so peacefully from pain,

we could not wish him back again to suffer so again.

So keep Your arms around him, Lord, and give him special care.

Make up for all he suffered and all that seemed unfair.

A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest.

God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
