Joe was the kindest person I have ever met. I had the PLEASURE of knowing Joe when I started working with Joe 43 years ago at Marine Midland/HSBC. He even came to my baby shower. Definitely going to miss being with him every couple of months at the "old Timers Dinners and Lunches "

Joe was a wonderful boss and friend. I was so appreciative of how he strove to make sure everyone kept in touch with each other. I was grateful to last spend some time with him when he organized an excursion to our old bank building for a group of us. He was a wonderful person and is sadly going to be missed by so many of us. A true gentleman and faithful friend. Our deepest sympathy to his family. May his soul rest in heavenly peace.
