Joseph Dauria

Joseph T. Dauria, passed away on March 18th, 2026 at age 75 in his hometown of Ormond Beach, Florida with family by his side. Predeceased by parents William J. and Rita G. Dauria, and brother John J. Dauria. Survived by siblings Ken (Donna-predeceased), Mary Kay (Frank), Lewis, Donna (Al) and Lucille (Dale). Joe had 16 nieces and nephews and 26 great nieces and nephews, he loved them all. He grew up in Buffalo and attended Bishop Fallon and Lafayette high schools. He was an entrepreneur all his life. In Buffalo, he owned a footwear store, The Clogge Shop in Northtown plaza. Seeking a warmer climate, he moved to Florida and lived in Ft Lauderdale. Later he settled in Ormond Beach, where he resided for over 30 years. He established an advertising business that flourished for decades and featured local events. He became known as "Around town Joe" because he knew so many people and business owners in the surrounding areas. He loved friends and family, motorcycles, fast cars and later in life enjoyed long walks on the beach, working out, gardening, cooking and eating. He had a great smile and loved good times, sharing a drink and a story. He will be greatly missed.
